I have never been there for a "release" but in months past I would always stop by and see what was available.

In the five or six times I have done that, I have only come away with a single (used) house $5 chip. In my earlier visits I would ask if the most recent release was available. The cage people always said no, even without looking in a draw. My follow up question is always, do you have any LE? The answer is always, and I sincerely mean ALWAYS, is NO! The cashiers are never friendly. Instead they are cold and full of distain. Basically, I treatment I get from them is very similar to the treatment a Star gives to an unwanted fan. They don't want to completely alienate them (for fear that the press might be watching), but at the same time they don't want to be bothered.

My most recent visits have been to simply ask if there were any LE's. And true to form, the answer is NO. By now I feel that I am marked, and will only have bad luck at the Hard Rock, so I have given up and will no longer go there.

Although I will continue to enjoy most Hard Rock chips, I will only get them from the secondary sources.
