The Russian people have little or nothing to do with the invasion. Putin used to be the head of the KGB and is just used to getting his way. I have no idea what his plans are or why he invaded since there seems to be no logical reason. And our plans to stop his ability to access the $50 billion that he has personally in his accounts, well he probably has a few dollars stashed somewhere that he can access. The one thing we can hope for is that we squeeze Russia so hard that the people revolt and throw him out.
