Stopped at the Hard Rock the day before Halloween asking for any LEs and got the same response from the cashier's cage, even though the guy in line in front of me had just cashed in several of them!! In past years they at least made an attempt to look in the drawer for me. I also have found more LEs at the Four Queens by playing table games than by going to the cage.
