I bought these acrylic shelves on Amazon.

The shelves are wall mounted either with screws or a strong double sided clear adhesive pad. So I mounted the shelves with anchors and screws and used the adhesive pads to hold the statues to the shelf. It seems pretty strong and this isn't earthquake country.
