People who don't want to incur that extra cost run the risk of breakage or non-delivery (no tracking with a plain envelope). Nice that you got a refund (it's the ethical thing to do), but too bad about Little Granby!

Those Granby Colorado chips were made from old "buttons" that became fragile over time. Just slamming one on a table can crack it. So with chips such as that, I would recommend a bubble mailer at all times.
