Yes, Ultimate II is a woman’s cosmetics line. They came out with colors for make up, fingernail polish, etc. with names that make you think of a casino (but not the actual names of casinos). They seemed to be marketing the ad to women that might go to a high class casino and want to look stunningly beautiful. Basically it is a make up ad with a casino theme.
