By standing in line for them, everyone there gets a few of the new chip. Not like the places with "LISTS" where the chip brokers get the lions share and collectors standing in line are mostly SOL. Other casinos should take a lesson from the Hard Rock and do away with these chip broker favoritism lists. AND that is my opinion.
