I’m gonna hazard a guess that it’s related to the Tahoe-Pyramid Trail (TPT), a 114-mile bikeway/hiking trail (not yet fully completed) that runs from Lake Tahoe (and through Reno) to Pyramid Lake. They’ve been working on it for a few decades, buying land and piecing it together section-by-section. They rely heavily on private donations and fundraising events.

So maybe it’s from a “casino weekend” TPT fundraising event at a resort? I know The Atlantis Casino is on their donor list. Maybe you could contact the TPT directly for any leads? https://tahoepyramidtrail.org/

Or maybe not… maybe it was just a contracted private “casino night” booked at a hotel and hosted by one of the many companies in the Tahoe area that will put on a private casino night for your group (company, law firm, etc). I know that when I go to my veterinarian conferences, the big drug company host gets to put their logo or “special event” image on the room key cards of the official host hotel, so I was thinking maybe along these lines.
