There has never been a Pyramid Hotel & Casino in Tahoe. I've lived in Tahoe for 18 years, been researching historic Tahoe casinos and businesses, and am vice president of the Lake Tahoe Historical Society, and I have never seen a reference to this business, so it must be a fictional mock-up or something.

The closest reference I could find was in the 1970s, when a Pyramid Hotel & Casino was proposed in Sparks, near I-80, but zoning permission was denied for the project by the planning commission. So that project never moved forward, and was nowhere near Lake Tahoe anyway.
