In Rick Olsen & Andy Johnson's Collectors Guide to Casino Dice they are identified as being from Harvey's at Lake Tahoe from the 1950's/1960's. They are rated as a R-6 and have a value of $50-$75 for a pair. Not sure you could get that now days but they are a very nice set
