There aren't enough Puerto Rico collectors to establish a narrow range of values for the scarcer chips, Rich. It could well sell for over $100 depending on which two "really want it". There's also the recent history of formerly good P.R. chips becoming available in quantity. Look at the full page of P.R. chips in the current club quarterly and compare them to Archie's values of 2-3 years ago. Some real disappointments for collectors who paid $100+ for chips that are today available for $10-30.
