This '5' is from Gran Casino San Sebastian, and the Die-cuf metal inlay (not an overlay) is worn ~~~

~~~ and the '5' seen below is also worn though, the inlay appears to be exact in every detail in its worn state ~~~

~~~ and here is the same '5' in its original state of preservation where the detail of embossing on the inlay is defined ~~
~~~ and I am wondering if it, too, is from Spain, since I do not know of any other examples as these two from anywhere else.
