Before I meet with the USPS local Postmaster to request they contact your govenment and ask for the package to be returned to me along with showing them the letter you received; I want to be prepared to answer any questions they might have pertaining to the letter stating that you made a purchase. You mentioned here that you filled out a form. Can you please let me know the form title or number and, did you indicate in any way a payment made by you?

Since the package (my legal property) is being held for over 30 days along with you not being told why, I am very concerned, personally.
