See the letter they sent Jo, they actually tell him that he paid for something which came from outside of the EU. They want to know what the invoice was when there is none. There is not any insurance value, either. The letter says they want to know how much he paid so that they can charge him...

They stopped everything on 23 December. Jo said he phoned them and they told him nothing.

They are holding delivery of a package for which the reason they wrote him does not apply.

They are holding a package which is still legally mine until the package is delivered and accepted.

I do not know why and they told Jo nothing...
