After long last, I finally got a blank card, and yes, they are very stubborn about giving them out. In fact, every time I am there, I ask for a new card (a re-print). Last time the shift supervisor said something to the effect of: "You know this is the seventh card we've printed for you!" And he was right. The system keeps track. I will have to try registering under a false name for additional cards.
