It is unfortunate that THIS chip is only one of a handful of A/C LE's for which you can make that statement.
When you view the overall track record of A/C casinos and see that the vast majority of issues number in the thousands you can understand why.
This is not to say that having extremely short issues is any better.
I personally think that what the Marina is doing is going in the right direction for this hobby.
The releases aren't huge, they are not too small and there is advance notice to give everyone a fair shot at obtaining them
