If a vendor consistently displays "yard sale" type merchandise at the flea market, I will stop by and review his wares. Often, yes, I recognize a particular seller or table as having been where I found chips on an earlier visit and will stop. Sometimes this bears good results, other times, not. Some vendors often rotate their stock or display wholly different goods from week to week. Never quite know what to expect!
