Complaints to AOL fall on deaf ears, leaving message board administrators few choices. Filter every post from an AOL account, or suffer fools.

I'm realatively sure the BB software won't allow opening other portions of the BB if the person's ISP needs to be filtered.

Shop for a real ISP. AOL sucks, and has since day one.
