The person who created the listing in 2011 was "BarryW" who I think is Barry Weintraub. If he sold you the chip too, he would be the person most likely to know more about the chip. I think he was the ChipGuide administrator for California about 10 years ago.

I updated that listing, and listed "Aroyle Club" as an alias for "Argyle Club", as I realize some people may read it that way. It should be visible after tonight's update.
