Re: Yes.

It's a shame that no casino collectors showed an interest apart from a handful of "1" collectors and 3 or 4 who now do have some of the chips although only 1 took some LE Cercle plaques so they have largely gone un-noticed by chip collectors.
I could have asked more people I know that work at Les A but they've had more important things on their minds than asking about the plaques. Somebody did ask the admin there for me in 2019 but they said they couldn't find anything about them and in the same way that I didn't ask the Clermont staff I knew when it was being closed down about getting hold of some of the chips/plaques (because they were too worried about their jobs) I didn't pursue it as much as some may have.
The club is a sore point with the family so that was never really an avenue possible to go down so I respected their wishes and didn't push them.
The Le Cercle stuff must be some of the only types of casino items that James Bond fans have more of than actual casino collectors.
If the Thatched Barn plaques ever show up it could well be the same story there too as only Playboy collectors and Bond fans would mainly want to have them so the Bond fans outnumber Playboy and also UK collectors.
None of which is relevant to my initial post but then, that's what happens.
