I bought some chips with a similar hot stamp that Robert Eisenstadt told me were from the Pigeon Club which was an illegal club in Brooklyn, New York. He thought mine were from the 1960s. The Elephant and Crown and Roman mold ones are newer chips, post-1980 I would say based on the molds, but the hot stamp chips might be connected to yours.

Marion and Co. which owns the Elephant and Crown mold was based in NY, NY until 1998, so the chips being on that mold slightly connects them to New York.
