Found in an antique shop in Paris with other plaques from Nice and Menton, which were way too many to buy the whole lot except for cherry picking the best of the lot along with a few very rare plaques from Municipal Nice. of which there were only ten. It was one of those deals where you had to know exactly what to take; what to leave behind and how many of each piece, too...
