I have been trying to reach Charles Kaplan about permission to use a token image
in the Chip Guide on our Silver Strike Website .... Is there someone else in authority
that can answer my question about using an image?

This is what I sent to Charles Kaplan:

Dave Spragg referred me to you .....

Would it be ok to use a copy of a casino token on our Silver Strike Club website if we
credit the picture to the Chip Guide like: "Picture Courtesy Of The Chip Guide"

Our club website is just like the Chip Guide but for casino Silver Strikes and Tokens ...
