Other than these metal overlays being reported (early 1990's) as being from Monaco, which they were not, I have no idea where they are from for as long as I know about them along with mentioning to the hobby back then about the embossed CEP.

Not sure if these are even permanently assigned to any French casino by any French casino historian and backed up with any documentation since the last time I checked (when they were not) in about 1994; thus my question.
