Very good list, David. The only one I would question is the MGM Grand. I really don’t think their first series (Bud Jones) are cashable, though their LEs may be. About 20 years ago, I bought a $500 BJ first issue from a poker player for $250, in Vegas, because he insisted they wouldn’t cash it. I talked to the cashiers about it, and they confirmed it.
