Texas used to be one of my favorite buffet destinations. I would park near the Oil Derrick so I could always find my truck upon exiting. As I remember, Texas buffet was more toward Bar-B-Q and Fiesta more like Healthy Salad Foods. Never hit much in the way of jackpots at either casino, though. Well, they just can't let those huge properties go idle. Rich Burgel will probably put in a bid for them both! (How come Station is building a new Durango Casino when it can't manage its existing string of 'em?)
