The owner of Paso Robles Casino would NEVER allow this many of his high-value chips out the door so . . . I deduce the casino has indeed closed and the chip design has been "retired." Phalas-Treasures now seems to have the chips! The casino owner screamed plenty when I walked out with a few $1 chips that I had bought, some years ago.
