Bob sold these Chipco Plaques in his Gaming Emporium chip store in Atlantic City as souvenir items. Bob was always coming up with ways to advertise Atlantic City casinos and chip collecting. I still really miss Bob even though he passed away almost 22 years ago. Bob was the one who gave me the name "Mr. Roulette".
