I talked to Clara Williams, a.k.a. “Mom” frequently when I visited the Golden Club
in the 70s. She used Mom’s $5 chips on the 21 game but told me they were from her
club called Moms across the street before she had the Golden. She had a box of $25s
behind the bar and would give me one occasionaly.
