I get stuff from there every few months. Occasionally have issues with US Customs in NYC but not so much recently. Just MAKE SURE the sender includes your name and mailing address information INSIDE the package somewhere easy to find in case customs loses the mailing label when they inspect the package. I had one package that customs opened and the shipping label came off the package leaving just the tracking barcode on the outside of the package. It took USPS 4 months to find the package after it wound up in Atlanta.
