Several cable channels are beginning their month-long horror-movie fests... Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and
Kit-Kat Bar ads are all over TV... kids are planning their Halloween costumes... house and yard decorations are
popping up here and there (picture below taken yesterday on Park Avenue in Falls Church, Virginia)... and maybe
a casino or two will release a Halloween-themed chip this year?
