I remember staying at the Mizpah in the early 70s before all the remodeling was done.
There was a full casino including craps, 21, roulette, keno and old slots. I asked owner
Lester Short for old chips and he gave me a yellow, small key $25. Many of the other
"old" chips were still on the tables. He also offered to sell me the hotel for $400,000.
The PCs show before the sidewalk was raised in front. The last one shows it raised.
