TCR lists a $5 red chip from this dealing school in Las Vegas. In addition, I know of a $500 purple, also on the HCE mold (see scan below). It seems probable that there are intermediate denominations; I'd like to trade for or buy them if you have extras.

Also, CCI used the H&C chips in the bottom row: white, red, green, black, and purple. These are not in the latest TCR. I have no extras, however.
