Very few chips with no denominations are valued in my book.... but I would say $2-$3 for this election promotion piece. Appropriate that you should post this piece on Election Day.

BTW... the 1974 referendum to approve legalized gambling in NEW JERSEY ... failed. It wasn't until two years later, in 1976, when the question was put on the ballot again.... this time limiting casino gambling to ATLANTIC CITY ... that the proposal passed.
