I don't think I've ever seen cocktail napkins reproduced, Jim. They could be but with the low value per unit it would not be a very profitable venture. I'd say they are original. I have old napkins from 6-8 Las Vegas and Reno casinos. They are inexpensive, but still a colorful artifact. Paper drink coasters are a similar item that lots of casinos had made.
