We had no idea there was a CGT "50" plaque and the TROUVILLE plaques were a shocker which, I agree with Carlos Pascoal's previous attribution (his excellent article is archived here).
When I spoke with the seller and he confirming the script "Trouville" engraving on the 1000F, I had assumed it was the new Casino Municipal Trouville built in 1912, on the site of the demolished Eden Casino and, seeing Carlo's ChipGuide submission was a true delight. Now I await delivery with the expertise and special handling by Jo in Belgium.
I was lucky because the Trouville was surely to remain in France and especially never shipped to the US... and I truly thank those involved who made all of this possible.
