Hello amy, there is two land based casino's in texas one in el paso(speaking rock) and the other in eagle pass(kickapoo lucky eagle). They are indian casino's.Im sure there are some boats too, but I have personally been to kickapoo in the last few months and its land based no water in sight, and nothing else for that matter. Hope this clears some up.
