Sorry I left you hanging, there were no replies when I hit the delete button...you must have been in the process of replying to my post. I decided that I didn't want to start a kerfluffle, especially since I didn't have both sides of the story. Apparently the employee was given some sort of notice, because he was working again this morning...AND he was wearing the patriotic necktie!!
