If there is very little to compare it with I doubt it would have a lesser value.

A chip with a "real" cigarette burn carries some pretty nice values.

I have joined in on a few appraisals through the years where one of two "fake" cigarette burned C&S chips were involved in the sale...

There are some excellent descriptions by some excellent catalogers...
