I had a similar incident recently. I had chips coming to Vegas and they notification stated the local post office had received them and they were in route (out for delivery) to my house.........for 13 days (from local PO 1/2 mile away). Chip did not show up. I filed a lost package search with the post office after 20 days from ship date. The post office replied 3 days later that they could not fine it. Seller reimbursed me for lost chip. Low and behold, 2 days later it showed up at my house. Coincidence? I don't know.

By the way, I sent the seller his money back.

FIle a search with the PO. Who knows what will become of it.
