I don't know if this truly is one of a kind chip or not but I have been looking for one for 20 years now. The chip was submitted by Greg (I think it was his) and somehow it was in the collection I bought from Everett's estate. Did this go from Greg to Keith to Everette? Who knows? In any case this is not just another $5 Ballys house chip. If you look closely you can see that the chip was printed on a $25 blank. Finding this really made my day!
