So if a California card room or casino goes out of business who cancels the chips? Paulson? Owner?
Why not just destroy them if they are going to be worthless anyways?
California does not have the same laws as Nevada concerning chips so wondering why cancel at all?

Just wondering how racks of cancelled chips ever get out? (not that I'm complaining lol)
