Would this chip be considered an error, Manufacturing Defect ? What would cause the entire print to be offset on the Blank White Inlay. I looked at a few other of these chips, not many around and none of the others looked offset ??

Side Two Printing offset to the right. When you have the chip in hand the printing is almost off the edge.

Also on this side you can see a small black curved line the diameter of a hair follicle inside the center of the 5 ?? That is not a cancelation mark.

Also you can see the white Inlay circle has been placed in the same spot on both sides of the chip.
