Both are 70% alcohol (I have never used less; on my Orchids, too) and, while the rubbing alcohol remains on the kitchen countertop and in the bathroom, the hand sanitizer is kept in the cup holder on my center console (car) which I use before entering my car after being out and about. I also have a pocket size bottle of the sanitizer for use while moving about in a supermarket or whatever when handling items on the shelves or in produce... and, I wear a mask in extending the courtesy to others in case I became an asymptomatic carrier.
