Apart from what others have said on this site, Kevin Costner owns the Midnight Star and Burt was impressed that the men there tipped their hats when his wife came in. He said the casino personnel are all very friendly and talkative, not like Las Vegas where card games are all strictly "business" and played as quickly as possible. Apparently it is also a short drive to Sturgis which is also interesting (in Burt's opinion). I have never been to South Dakota so cannot say based on my own experiences.
