Looking to take a trip to Deadwood and was wondering best place to stay. Also how many days would be required to enjoy the town, don’t want to just drive in and leave the next day. What are some must do things? One day will drive to Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park. How much time should we plan at Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park, could you do both in one day? On the drive there plan at stopping at the Corn Palace and Wall Drugs, are they worth stopping at? We were thinking just photo opts and rest stop. Any help or advise from your travel experiences would be greatly appreciated
