According to chipguide:

The chip foolishly has no words to indicate the casino or city. I think it is a Pioneer Rex ten cent chip. At any rate, it is a pink or purple or fuchsia base color chip with three white edge spots.

Research tells me that $40 or thereabouts is a fair price for this chip, or trade value.

If you have one and my price is in the ballpark, just give me a holler. Your chip has some other 10 cent and 50 cent wagon friends who dearly desire a reunion.
