No idea why the different shades of red. Other colors look consistent.

Unless Bud Jones mixed 2 different batches of red during the injection molding process, I can't explain the difference. Not different enough to be a back-up piece, IMO.

I have one (per my list), but I didn't dig it out to see which shade of red it is.
