My brother is police officer in Philadelphia.
He’s been through some hard times.
He and his partner recently responded to a drive-by shooting.
A puppy took a bullet I n the process and was abandoned by the owner to avoid hefty vet bills.
So his partner is taking the puppy in and trying to give him a second chance at life in a good home.
