I picked this little one up a few years ago. Never could find anything out on it. Now by golly it could be a insert without the surrounding chip part.

Thoughts ? It does not match exactly as yours both seem to have like a cross hatching and mine does not. And as I am a bit odd I tested it to see exactly what it was made of.
